Installation:
1- Extract to desired location.

Can't complete the side quest "The Election" because the female shopkeeper won't give me her vote. The option is there but once I click on it it disappears and nothing happens. Seems like a bug unless I'm missing something.
you need to spend a certain amount of gold in there.... for how much, im not sure.... try spend 100~1000g in there before the event
