Installation:
1- Extract to desired location.
2- Download and apply decensor patch.

Are you kidding me? Games usually are full and there is a censor patch on the side for the ones who wants it, not the other way around
Now after playing almost half the game I realize that there is some censored content and there is NO way for me to know what I missed

Seems you haven't met Patreon ToS yet.
Also the lack of a "complete" tag here should be a nice sign that this is still under-development so no "complete" game here yet, and the patch is only to unlock "incest" something that by default is locked that's why you need the patch to unlock it.
Still without patch you can play 90% of the available content and there should be more than enough to keep you entertained.

yes you can avoid it, before the scene there will be a choice to see NTR or not
