User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
It still seems not implemented in the game.

fully agree on that. There are many such inconsistencies. eg: I got stuck by Kira because of the mask, and although I haven't seen the "Raid Maiden" yet the MC already knows a lot about it. The game is good, but it's a pity
Very good game, but a lot of stats are sorely lacking for each NPC. I added a mod to have a few more, but even with that and the walkthrough, it's hard to keep up to date. There are so many different paths it's almost impossible to follow them all. I has already relaunched the game 4 times, and I haven't done half
