This game really is one of my favorite of recent memory. Just for the fact that it really lets you go fully off the deep end. Not many games will take things as far as this game does and you really have to respect that.

For some people this is actually true. If you look into mass shooters they usually do play shooter games. Are on drugs (many times legal ones) raised by single moms and are leftists. The real problem is the signs are ignored.
You saying Counter Strike players need close surveillance because they playing terrorist, or Forest players, because they eating human meat, or Postal players, because they mincing people with chainsaw, or just GTA players because they will become murderer thief?

This game is messed up. However how is it much different than the slasher movies? The gore flicks? Honestly those can be worse than this game. Especially when those are 3D as compared to 2D. 3D are made to be realistic. I would say if you are obsessed by such content and are messed up in the head you should avoid such content however.
