If you are talking about at the end of chapter 3 then yes. You have to succeed 2 checks in a row of the same type in the dialog. Either Mercy->Mercy-Join Me OR Cruel->Cruel->Submit. You CANNOT do for an example Mercy->Cruel-Submit/Join me, if you do that she kills herself.

Deliciously depraved, but I feel like the scenes need more artwork to accompany the imagery of the text. I also felt like there were too many options! Every decision left me constantly back scrolling to check all the pathways and see which one played out best.
