Well hot damn. I actually like the remake a lot more than the original. It still needs more content, but what's there so far is good.
Not sure about the sandbox-style movement. Especially since the events are completely linear so-far.
Really like the changes to the mc, having him be a recent graduate, rather than a student, is an interesting choice that is already paying off.
