Can't get the patch to work š
The patch doesn't work. I put it in the "main" folder but when I ran the game there was no "incest" to select in the Preferences screen. Tried other folders, didn't work there either.
Just starting game, but I can reiterate what others here have already stated. Yes, it is a direct copy of Summertime Saga... same menu style, same art style, same game mechanics, etc. And no, the incest patch does not work. Even if you follow install instructions directly (as provided by other sites), the patch conflicts with translations already in game. I get 'exception has occured" error pages with everything. The onky fix for this I can think of is if some generous modder like Koga3, Lain, or Shaddy were to make a mod for the game that incorporates the incest script directly into the game. But, as yet, you just have to be satisfied with 'friend/roommate/landlady'.
How to get the taboo patch to work: copy all files to the "[game path]game" directory, start the game, open preferences and select "Custom" option under Language. Congratulations! You now live with your mom and sister.
