Man ... that mithril pickaxe took some time to find. You can find it in the elf village from the blacksmith . To access elf village you first need to save the elf girl and then talk to the elf in the far left house from the castle.

Why there's no file of this game
This is honestly one of the best put together, and captivating games I've ever played. It's got a pretty good story, great side missions, actually OPEN-WORLD, some pretty hot art and overall so much going for it.
This is something I DEFINITELY recommend if you enjoy delving into the story and enjoying characters. I usually don't even review games on here but this made me say i HAVE to do it because it deserves it.
It's got policies, laws, finance management, elements of CIV... just try it
