Strong PC? Bruh my 2012 laptop with Intel graphics and 4GB ram can run this almost perfectly fine. You just have an outdated windows vista for a pc it isn't the game's fault

You need first to rescue Miren from the Blue Villa's Storage Room...and then talk to the elf in the Aldyn's Blacksmith
He will show you the way to there village...go to the bottom part before exiting the castle's location
