When I start up the app it showes the loading screen for a few seconds then then kicks me off the app (and I'm on android) version 0.981F) please help me understand what's happening.
The last update on android (v0.981F) is broken, if you downloaded the latest one thats about 80+mb it's not gonna work, try to find version 0.981 it should only be around 40mb it works just fine on android.

Once you have high enough stats you need to add Rogue or Emma to the party and take them to Professor C's Office, you'll get an option to do a 'Plan' where you can do several things like stopping his spying.
