You can't save whenever you want. Have to be at certain stages of game progress and then menu appears to access save. Retarded.
If you want to see 'gallery ' you have to click on living room tv to get 'recollections '. It shows every single image and animation in game. At time of this comment regarding update v1.8.00, there are 99 images to view.
