User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
Basically a very good game. But unfortunately very much still on Kyrill, then many many many many bugs. It's really annoying when the save is simply shown as error next time. At the moment really INPLAYABLE, but the game has a lot of potential.
Which android file to download?
models are available from the engine store, like daz3d (which i believe is what was used), you can buy models people create there along with other assets, its why you see the model from dating my daughter all over the place now
people complaining about hunger and money have you tried the save editor? im gonna be using it after reading the comments

hunger is pretty easy to manage, money is also pretty easy once you figure out how to get a job
