The link is to the old walkthrough (1.2.1) which no longer exists. Remove the last bit of the url: file/409483610894 which will then take you into the whole folder and you can select the latest version of the walkthrough or download the old saved game files....
The key to raising Alice's lust is in the rewards you ask for after doing her homework. I haven't checked for sure but I'd say she won't wear the jogging outfit until you're in that relationship with her...

To my knowledge there isn't a patch for Mac - you can only download the full game. The only patch I've ever seen (for this and previous versions) has been PC only
