The way things are taking place, you're going to have to chose between: A- Having one of the twin killed and replacing him by marrying the other (assuming you were "lovely" with one them). B- Killing the leader of rasedel and ruling the city for the benefit of the twins. C- Giving to the twins everything they want, and getting killed along with your wife for treason or some other made up accusation when they don't need your help anymore.
Saving Delane and rooting with Werden is the only solution if you want to save the kingdom from the twins.

I think it will end like this :
1st - Defeating the twins and restoring the same system as before.
2snd - Serving the twins, conquering the country for them and administrate it for their own benefit, like some kind of prime minister.
3rd- Getting rid off the twins, conquering the country and rulling it.
And yes, you can easily play the game, even with ntr on, without having to cheat on Alexia, and without having her cheating on you.

Actually I doubt the twins will ever kill you unless you fail them hard, because they are extremely dependent on the MC to pull the entire thing off, neither of them are good leaders, Andras fight & fuck and that is it, Jezara can seduce and scheme, but that is it again, neither of them know or really care about running an Empire, all they want is to be at the top and have fun, but effectively they know perfectly well they need somebody under them to do the real job of leading.
Actually i think the MC is going to become some sort of Prime minister, taking charge of political and technical matters while the kingdom is ruled by the twins, like some kind of unholy constitutionnal monarchy.
And you can sell and ransom slaves to increase your treasury when you visit andras in the underground.

There is a dilemma with Delane. If you help her to escape, the camp will needs dozens of human slaves to breeds with orcs in order to recover from the mutinery you created. But if you abandon her to the orcs, you will get control of the orc army and be able to prevent gang Rough Sexs and improve the condition of rosalians. Plus, you can get intimate with the leader if you chose tarish, which will probably make a difference in the next updates.
The ntr doesn't bother me. As long as you remain faithful to your wife (or at least hide your cheatings), you will always be able to take control of her and refuse the advances of other npc's.
