I don't know if it helps but I had a similar problem. In my playthrough i thought i stuck at 150 too but apparently it keeps accumulating even if it says 150. So try gathering more even after maxing 150 for a while and try to buy the upgrades. It worked for me, i hope it helps.
It's same as older version after the update.
Enjoying the game so far, one thing i found slightly annoying was how weird/out-of-place the MC's face looks (outside sex scenes) compared to other characters, hopefully is his art might get revised in future

Not having any scenes for the teacher is a crime, and two random oversized titty bitches get 3 sex scenes each? Guess we know what the dev prefers....
