Same problem here. It opens, but is extremely glitchy and eventually crashes. I was starting with an old save, so maybe I need to start over?

It has not worked for me either, but advancing in relationships and quest with each girl the magic is unlocked,
Just another boring generic wannabe Summertime Saga clone, with unappealing art. Don't waste your time playing it. If you'll check out just the gallery you'll still be disappointed.
