I guess you don't know what "SISSIFICATION" means.. Maybe you need to find out what it means before coming to game that CLEARLY has the SISSIFICATIN tag in plan site.. And not to forget the word "TRAP"..

'Trans' is an umbrella term that covers everything from cross-dressing in private to full transition involving sex reassignment surgery. So you're wrong, Sissification can be included under the 'Trans' tag.

The MC isn't trans initially, but eventually she does become trans. You notice there how I mention her as a 'she' and not a 'he'? If you truly knew what it mean't to be trans person you would never make that error. The MC does not think of herself as a man anymore, which means she is now trans. How you perceive yourself is the real difference between being trans and not being trans.

I hate that word 'trap', in most cases it's totally ludicrous, because 99.9 % of sissies are not totally convincing, so only someone who was utterly stupified on booze or drugs, would not know what they were getting. There are plenty of sissies like Blake that look really good, but that doesn't make them convincing enough to 'trap' guys who don't want it to happen.
