Nope. There are still some issues. The biggest I see is an error when you want to go to the bar a second time. (I started a new game because I deleted my old saves). So you just can't go there anymore until this is fixed. I don't know if there is also this problem on Windows, Mac or Linux, though.
I have this problem as well. We have to wait and see if it is solved in the next update.

Same for me. And if you started a new game, it happens very early in the game.
Not the only issue, you can't go to the bar a second time without an error 'sceen settlement_bar is not known'. WTF!
I just got there once, why can't I go back!
