I dont really get what the incest patch does, all the characters are roomates still and the first girl who should def be his sis is just a co workers? Maybe im not far enough in but doesnt make much sense, the game def said the patch was activated

Good honey select harem game. Taboo patch makes external characters Mom, Dad & sister Kana (though they're not in much of the game.) I'm only halfway thru game, so I don't know if MC does anything sexual with Mom or Sis. Main focus is on MC's current girlfriend, a couple of girls in the house, and a girl named Zoey, who turns out to be the twin sister of MC's former girlfriend Irene (who died). Some animated sex. Good story. Likeable characters. MC is a strong character, not a dweeb.
Spoke too soon. Kana (sister) comes to visit MC (or move in) and he gets intimate with her... might lead to sex. Still playing. We'll see...
Great harem game, plenty of sex (animated). Affection points are easy to get with simple dialogue choices. Harem girls are plentiful, and add as story progresses. Taboo patch makes Kana his sister. You get notification when a girl becomes part of his harem. Sister Kana comes to stay with him, develops lesbian relationship with Eliza, both become part of his harem, along with others (and a MILF or two). Well written story, emotional and meaningful flashbacks, really interesting game.
