Patch Instructions:

Wait a day or two. Also, I believe there is a method involving resetting your router, but as I do not know it personally, I **HIGHLY** recommend you just wait the day or two.
On the harem route (the only one I have a Day 38 save for), the new content is Day 39 / no sex, followed by day 139 ending in a sex scene with your choice of sister - but not more than one, and it's the same sequence no matter who you choose, just a different model loaded for the woman. No complaints, really, it's a relatively minor update but dev didn't claim otherwise.
Day 39/no sex? Did you perhaps miss the massive orgy between all 5 family members in mom's bed? I thought that counted somewhat as at least a little bit of sex.
I wish I could edit my original post. I "ctrl'd" through the update to check it out and must have passed over that the first time. I got the trip to the dress store with Bella, I got the sit down and have everyone agree to be a big happy harem, and I got the closing sex scene. I missed the damn orgy on the first pass.

As best I can tell, the biggest harem (so far) is Susan, Rachel, Liza, Bella with Riley and Iris 'on the side' and ready to join... and I think Ana and Alina available for threesomes, also 'on the side' but not ready to join (yet). I'm not sure how to count Susan's assistant. Anyway, if you don't have Rachel yet, you've probably missed the path that includes her.
I think the Harem is likely to grow even bigger - remember there are more side characters (Kira, Megan and a few more) that I believe will get some sort of extra time. I am just waiting for the fallout from Mrs Steel and I am sure the MC is going to put her in her place at some point (arrange for her to get gang banged or something).

You don't have to. Just install the apk, open the game once (creates a folder). Then paste the patch file (.rpyc) inside Android/data/com.perverteer.sl/files/game and you are all set (you have to create the folder "game" cause it doesn't come by default).

Some people have tried it and said it didn't work though (i recommend making a copy of the apk before inserting the patch, just in case).
