Patch Instructions:
Find the game on your computer, then copy the incest_patch.rpyc file into the following 'game' directory (PC: SisterlyLust/game or MAC: SisterlyLust.app/contents/resources/autorun/game). This will restore the game's original incest content.

Not a complete list, but it's the really good ones. I'd recommend starting with Timestamps. Consider using a walk through to insure you get every scene.

so the Dev seems to have forgotten the changelog for this update (v0.20) anyone know what is new?
I believe the only changes are a harem scene on day 39 (possibly up to the whole family) and then skipping to day 139 where you'll witness pregnancies effect on the girls bodies, plus have the opportunity to include other girls in your merry-go-round
Wow got 3 pregnant women, Bella, Megan, Railey, Iris etc next. Suspense on Mrs Steel Spying on MC making out with Pregnant Rachel was cool.
You can't get Megan, Riley, Iris, Ana, or Alina pregnant yet. If you check the script, there are only variables for tracking the pregnancy status of the mother and sisters at this point in the game. And even though you can have Riley and Iris join your family at the end of day 139, the harem variables in the script only cover those same four women.

Install the apk, open the game once so it creates a folder, then paste the patch file (.rpcy) inside Android/data/com.perverteer.sl/files/game and you are all set. You need to create the 'gane' folder as it does not come by default.
