last time i checked in this game there wasn't a difference in content quantity between the normal game and the incest patch, so just use whatever floats your boat
I wouldn't say it is shit without it but the story flows a lot better with the patch
it makes it so there's incest because most games that have family characters in the game prevent you from "interacting" with them but the incest patch makes it possible for your weird fetishes.
Its okay. Clicking through the Walkthrough. No special Plottwist. Story 5/10 Grafics 6/10 Fappable 8/10
Very good game:
- story is cool, not the most original though, but well written
- characters are cool with enjoyable personnalities, different fetishes
- artworks and characters look are great
- bonus: no bugs, and some contents already (32 days)
Overall: very good
