Patch Instructions:
Find the game on your computer, then copy the incest_patch.rpyc file into the following 'game' directory (PC: SisterlyLust/game or MAC: SisterlyLust.app/contents/resources/autorun/game). This will restore the game's original incest content.

It seems that many people cannot get Selena and Nia to be pregnant. I've tried multiple times and I'm sure you can do that.
In the first visit, during the Yoga session, choose to partner with Nia, and say yes that you are interested in her.
I'm not sure if it matter, but I have Liza, Mrs. Smith, Bella, and Rachel all pregnant before returning to the island.
And after you return, the threesome with Nia and Selena gives you the option to creampie either one of them. Hope that helps.

On a side note, at the end I have 7 women wedded, 8 lovers/girlfriends (however you call them), and total 20 children, a battalion like Rachel hoped. Too bad there are 3 more that you can't go further (greedy face).
You must be on Bella's 'love' route, not the sub/dom route if you want EVERY woman to end up pregnant.

Mate, that's why you download the incest patch. Can't have them as his sisters in the original version because then he'd get kicked off patreon. This is the case for a lot of games here.
