Patch Instructions:
Find the game on your computer, then copy the incest_patch.rpyc file into the following 'game' directory (PC: SisterlyLust/game or MAC: SisterlyLust.app/contents/resources/autorun/game). This will restore the game's original incest content.

Taboo is fucking your relatives. The original intention of this game is that all four women are your mother and your sisters. Apparently that's a turn-on for some people. In some games, the incest patch is worth it just because the dialogue is so bad otherwise. In this game, it's fine without it, because he just calls all the women by their first names anyway.
A changelog would certainly be helpful here. Otherwise not sure its worth the effort to hunt down whats new after having already completed the game.

What can I say? This is one of my five best Adult games of all time. And I've played a shitload of Adult games. Personally, I disagree with your assessment of the other 3 screenshots, but in any case you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.
I thought this game was finished, wrapped up and done. So what's new any alternate story extension for this New Year update?
From a quick look at the Patreon page, it looks like this is still the same final version, just with some housekeeping to correct a dozen or so minor issues.
