There is no incest version of the game, because of Patreon rules. You only get the incest patch for Windows (Mac?).
If you want incest for Android you need knowledge of how to alter .apk and stuff and somehow use the incest patch with it.
No clue how š guess you could ask how to do that on the devs patreon or website

I'm pretty sure I had a Game Ending where she visited during a Band Tour, and I do believe there was a 'one night stand', but she did not stay.
How do you get her to visit? I've played like 5 runs and always get the ending where she never visited.
You meet Kira during the party at James' and Ana's home on day 27 or 28 (don't remember). Answer she's hot when asked and catch her when she falls. Have sex with her during the night (or not, depending on your relationship with other characters) and say you would like to see her again when asked the next morning. You meet her when you talk to James on the island around the end of the game. Go see her and have sex with her. Best ending if you followed the harem and pregnancy route.
The girl with whom you have a threesome in her dressing room with Rachel, Valentina something? I did several playthrough in order to see most of the endings (harem, pregnancy, ending with only one girl, love route and dom/sub with Bella,...). You only meet her during the threesome after her concert and the only ending I always had with her says you never met again because she never came to Belugio. If you had an ending where you had a one night stand with her on Belugio, do you have any tip?
That's the only ending I got also. Wondering if there are other ending to her.
You only meet Valentina if you go to the concert with Rachel. Therefore you must be in a relationship with her (although you can be with other girls too). You can't break up with her before the end of the game, so you have to flee to Belugio with the women you're in a relationship with. The only ending with Valentina in Belugio says she never came on the island. I didn't find anything about that on other sites, so unless the dev says something someday, this is probably the only ending with her.
To add to this, I creampied Valentina and she didn't come back for child support. (One of the things I tried.)
