It *is* possible to have them all pregnant at the same time: currently I have the mother, Rachel, Bella, and Liza pregnant. I don't believe you can get Bella pregnant on her Submissive path yet. What may have happened is that you've gotten the conversations with the girls wrong: consult the walk through to see where your error may have been.
That's really weird because I've followed the walkthrough along. I had all the pregnancy convos and I also *came inside* all of them. I do have to note that for the mother I'm on the love path only, not the discreet path. And for Bella I'm also on the love path, not the submissive one. I'll load up a previous save and try again, thanks for the info.
I just started a new game and went through everything using the walkthrough + skip function and I still get the same thing. Only Rachel is pregnant and on top of that I get an exception error when you visit the baby store. Are you using the compressed version for windows perhaps ? I used the full windows version from the mega link and I feel like it might be bugged.
I'm also on both love paths, so I'm not sure what's up with that. There might be a bug in this version, I haven't played this one yet. (Played the last version and everyone was pregnant successfully.) I hope you get it figured out at some point, it's quite nice when they're all pregnant. (Consider a clean install when the next version comes out.)
I believe you went wrong somewhere, yes. I got her agree to go with me last update, though I haven't played this update yet.
Okay, so I have finally played this version, and like VNFapper below, in my most recent playthrough only Rachel is pregnant. This seems to be a bug. (A disappointing one at that considering everyone was pregnant the version before.) I hope it can be fixed in the next version.
Awesome game I've ever played. I want to pregnant all of them and married all the girls the MC and than there will be kids and I want the developer to have sex with those mothers children kids. There must be more piss drinking scenes. There must be gang-bang of black guys with mother or liza and they should drink pee. Also MC invite his friend James to fuck any of his sister/mother like he fucked his sister.

In this version (0.22.1) pregnancies seem to be fixed. But still I can't get Bella pregnant on "Dominant" path. Is this some bug, is it not implemented yet, or it's just impossible?
