Ive been playing these type of games for about 2 years now and this is still one of my favorites.
once in a lifetime is not a bad game, but it is not better than Sisterly Lust, way more sex in SL, more diverse endings. Not saying Once in a Lifetime is a bad game, just not as good.

Great game with an awesome harem ending. Love it. There is also some nice kinky variety with the sex scenes. The mc is also not a complete moron or faggot like in most games. Giving it an 8/10.
While I do really like this game, artwork is good near the end.
To me it doesn't quite reach Where The Heart Is level...that aren't alot of paths; there is no stat line to keep track of who trusts you more; At least there is a happy ending. There is some emotion...actually have a male best friend to hang out with.
