This is a very well done visual novel about a young guy who is reunited with his three biological sisters and his mother after a long separation caused by a rich, power control freak type father who divorced his mother and got sole custody of him.
I saw by a link on the main scene that you could get all of the woman to fall in love with the MC so he could get them pregnant, but, even though I clicked all of the choices, I only wound up getting his older sister Bella knocked up. That was bit disappointing considering how long it takes to play through this long game. It would have been interesting to see how he manages an incestuous harem of preggos! The MC has the ability to ejaculate huge amounts of cum several times a day, has flawless sex with multiple partners, and never suffers from ED. Too bad reality does not work l
You CAN get them all pregnant. All four of the main girls during the game (sisters & mom), and the rest in the aftermath. Bella and Liza have dialogue options where they'll talk to you about it. Rachel has an option where she'll tell you she forgot to take the pill and is pregnant. The Mom will just turn up pregnant after the flash forward.
Is there a way to romance Mom without going through Discreet?
Yeah, just don't go Discreet and eventually you'll get access to a Love path when you go to the Island for the first time.

I enjoyed the game the only things I didn't like were James and the lack of any animation the harem route is hilarious it's like Oprah popped out of nowhere and started shouting "YOU GET A BABY AND YOU GET A BABY ALL OF YOU ARE GETTING BABIES!"

Half of the time, incest patch or mod patch are already in the Android version of games. Not sure for this one, just try to install and start a new game. If right at the start it says the woman who open the door is your mother, then the incest patch is already in the game. If it says she's a family friend, you need to install the patch.

You can use the pc version on android. and install the patch.. like on pc.
The PC and Mac versions are both pre-patched and have incest enabled. I'd presume the Android version's the same as well. The incest patch is therefor redundant.
Uh, there's something called Joiplay, Which is an emulator for those kinds of games, since this is built on renpy, I presume you can play using that emulator and then add the patch
