I still haven't played all the content available but enough to say this: is not a very good game. Rushed story, not credible behaviour, apparently broken points system...something really stupid is that things you shouldn't be able to choose, you can...
...(example an already agreed meeting), then there is this thing that you can repeat some actions indefinitely, and other things...
(and dammit why make the older sister so ugly!?)
So, a lot to improve...
Couple notes to make:
1. It's a porn game, behavior of people is rarely realistic.
2. The point system makes total sense? It's simple addition/subtraction.
3. The meetings will happen anyways, but you choose what order that afternoon goes in.
4. There's two older sisters, both of which look good.
1-It has to be believable, if not we have the brainless porn of: open the door, "hi there", functional music, cock grabbing. Realy stupid.
2-I said it's broken, meaning doesn't work as it should. But it's still a "0.15" so no problem.

Well, you *never* NEED to get the Taboo Patch, it just changes some text into making them into your family, rather than your 'neighbor' or whatever the alternative is. You *should* be fine without it , though I would recommend it.
