When you start the game it asks you if you want hardcore mode, which means that your green friend will join you in banging the chick. If you dont want it just choose the "vanilla mode" 😀

No there's no NTR if you got the scene where you're sharing then you must have chose the hardcore version,the vanilla version doesn't allow things like that
As far as I can remember there are options where you can share the girls but dont have to. besides those you will see one scene with one girls mother and other men (mc not in the groupe)
in the setting you should be able to disable ntr
