Aya's route is NTR. She's about to get penetrated by some dude, but it's not made clear if this was the only time she tried to cheat, and there was a huge delay in what she was up to being revealed and Alex finding out and acting on it. So what happened during that time? The dev didn't bother to explain it. He seems quite happy that Alex is a cuck.
Some secondary girls will be shared or will outright get gangbanged whether or not you have NTR disabled.
1. police woman has sex with Kirk then returns in Aya's route to fool around with Alex again
2. Sam, Tatiana's mother gets gangbanged, she might return in Tatiana's route and be in the ending with her
3. Saki sucks Floyd's dick before Alex gets to her
4. Alex's sister admits to smearing dog sperm in her cunt
The NTR filter doesn't filter out everything.
Then there's Aya, a main girl in this game cos she has a full route and ending, she cheats on Alex, but the dev leaves it open to interpretation if she was caught in time or whether she had cheated before. If you hate NTR then I'd definitely recommend not following Aya's route cos you won't feel very good about lack of clarity.

One of the BEST games i played, but i have one desilution...No Shibuya Ending, or Ruz....what a shame....u can chose if u wanna get netorared, in anytime using the hardcore or vanilla option in menu in any moment of the game,.

Jaysus, no idea how it gets such high ratings. MC is an amoral preteen perv, ("jelly mountains" ffs?) every character has tourettes, animations are amateurish. Nah.
It's trash. Don't get me wrong I usually like these kinda games, but the MC is an ugly dude with a broken nose and the biggest damn head ever, every character is dipshit stupid and you can feel your brain cells dying reading the dialoges.
