there is a changelog inside the zip folder, with version numbers included. I recommend checking that out. Basicly a bunch of bugfixes this time around, nothing new though.
I think you're mistaking her either for Raven, or Superwoman.
To get Megan (Ms Martian), you just have to capture her the same way you do with most heroines, send out a villain of your choice with a device to get her for you.
