User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
I don't know what it stands for but it lets you see stills of all the scenes of the game (or at least the sex ones) without the dialogue.
Oh and from what I've been able to see, it's not repeatable.

As someone who thoroughly enjoyed the Justice League and Justice League Unlimited TV shows, this game hits a personal soft spot.
