I played Xchange 1-3 and hated it got it on sale. Guy changes into a girl - turns into a ho right away.
Played Xchange Alternative. Better written , Great story , lots of Paths.
Guy turns into girl , freaks out over it , through about half the game he is actively seeking a cure.
You can choose if he gives up and live as a girl. Check that game out at Jlist.
