It definitely isn't broken since I did her whole storyline without issue. Are you sure you actually have the password because it sounds like you just don't if it keeps saying that. Unless you got unlucky and did somehow bug out the storyline.
Yeah, the attitude change disappointed me too. I also do not like that new look. Typical that the only character I actually cared about would be the one to be completely remade into a different person! D:
