This latest update has option to start game from update... which means you start with everything unlocked, all relationships and stats maxed out, and just a few storyline segments to complete - all sex is repeatable, either thru dialogue choices or replay gallery. Trans option for Eve. Pregnancy option for Jenny (Sis) & Diane (Aunt), but not Roxxy or Debbie (Mom). Only Diane becomes non-interactive character after she has baby.
