You have to put it inside the folder called "Game" What it does is make Debbie your mom and Jenny your sister.
If you've played the storyline right there should be an option to ask her for panties..There are somethings you need to do in order to futher her storyline like check her computer when she sleeps.

This is probably the best game i have played. For this current version I have finished everyone's story. If you are stuck let me know lads.
