You know that you can press the WIFI logo on the PC in-game, to access cheats and unlock all new scenes, right?
Also, the developer releases a save, with everything unlocked expect the new patch elements so you don't have to start all over.
But tbh, I would wait since the dev is super lazy. He's doing this full-time and releases so little every 6 months. Most of the stuff is changes in the story, so I don't even think he has a plan as to how the story will play out...he gets 60k$ a month...

What do I think? I think zip is compressed data already. So we have a kinf of tautoloty here - compressed zip file.
Furtheron I think that we are probably talking about a smaller file in general. This can be achieved with a higher compression ratio, a different algorithm. It could also be achieved by reducing the quality of images and sounds.
And this is the point where we have to reasonable guesses. Occams razor will not help. Help is required.
