I have played it for a long time and have yet to get all characters unlocked... I think there's an aqua-girl (in the cave) who might be futa. Beyond that, I haven't seen futa yet.
No need to add to other comments. Just want to say this is hands-down the all-time best adult game ever made. Only games that rival its quality are Sisterly Lust and Man of the House. Be sure to get incest patch with it to make characters Mom, Sister, Aunt, otherwise it's slightly less interesting with just landlady, roommate, landlady's sister story.
