Install the game, run it once and close, save the incestpatch.rpa file to ā/storage/emulated/0/summertimesagaā, overwriting any previous patches
Yyyeah, that incest patch is out of date. And since this update heavily revolves around impregnating your aunt, it's kind of a big deal.
