The game crashes and I get the rollback screen whenever I try to use the "mom wants you" option in the sister's room. Is this a problem with the incest patch? It won't even let me ignore the rollback and continue.
It is the incest patch causing the crash, yes.
Though ignoring it did work for me. You'll have to restart the game without the patch if you want to continue as removing the patch and trying to continue a save resets all relationships but the game doesn't let you redo past parts.

One of the best game every created , make most money in patreon amoung adult games , one update lasts 3 - 4 months with 10 min gameplay , animation posing and images are very good and talented but why you hire andbody about art and drawing I dont understand what are you doing with 35000$ per mouth.
1) Find the first stack in the teacher's lounge on the second floor at school
2) The second you can get at the basketball courts
3) And the third you can get from Kevin in the Cafeteria if your charisma is high enough.
