There are a lot of bugs especially in the mini games, the garden mini game, when you try to fix the bike the is buged too.
There are a lot of bugs but i've found that playing the regular mode and not the cheat mode has helped with a lot of the bugs that crippled my previous playthroughs. You can always use the console and "cheat" the character and money if need be. Regular game seems more stable with less quests bugging for me, hope thats helpful to someone?
