The normal relationship is that Debbie is a friend of the MC's father and Jenny is her daughter. The incest patch makes it so Debbie is the Mc's mother and Jenny is his sister. It only changes the dialogue.
this is just bad man, there is barely anything new and the worst part is for every new update YES INCLUDING THE ONT THAT WILL COME AFTER THIS, you are forced to always start a new game.... very dissapointing and a giant waste of time!
