you have to start over, and then find the pizza delivery flyer in the mail box, then it will unlock randomly when the pizza guy saves you from the russians. its an auto story scene when you leave the house or go some place on the map randomly. he'll ask you to come to the pizzeria and then you buy the bike, do 3-5 deliveries perfectly and he'll give you a raise and tell you to buy a car, thats when it unlocks.
You will unlock doing the pizza guy missions wich is now related to the main quest.
LOL this is the biggest joke. Assuming the version number is the progress percentage in terms of story this guy will finish the game when i turn 100 LMAO. Takes the dude a year to go from 19.0 to 20.0 and he can't even make a bugfree update. He's literally one of the highest paid creators on patreon making only 1 hour long updates at a time. Honestly, fix yo shit dude and maybe take lessons from someone like NLT
You have to restart. he added a lot of content and you need to play from the beginning. It does suck that you have to start over and the old saves never work, but it was actually a great update. You can knock up a lot more girls, and even after the main story is completed you can continue doing your side routes with each girl. I also agree $32,000 a month is a lot of money to only put out an update every 3-4 months. But his game is very unique. I haven't played many like it, unlike every VN.
The game keeps installing for hours but not finished yet (android) is it only me?

Good game just sucks you have to start a new game everytime they update otherwise you a plagued with bugs
