One of the best adult RPGs ever!!! Be sure to get incest patch properly installed otherwise it's just landlady/tenant/friend zone. Dialog is designed for incest... Seems lame if not patched. Enable cheat mod if possible, otherwise takes too much effort to build charisma/intelligence/strength, etc. If you want to continue threesome with Aunt & Mother, DON'T get Aunt pregnant. Once she gets pregnant, she stays at her barn with baby, no more sex.
