Didn't like this game at all, too much talking and since it's not ren'py it's not as enjoyable for reading. And the way the description are given is very jarring for me, one line we are shown what mc is thinking or saying, and the other line is about him giving a weird ass commentry about how this girl looks as if he is a third person narrator. And its not done well at all. Mc is a whiny little bitch, and stupid too, and his split personality isn't done well either. It's too frustrating to play

It is not really clear but there is a very important choice early on. You are hit by a car and get a second personality. At which point you can:
1. lie and keep it hidden. default route of alpha chad who gets all the girls. Even if you see some warning signs, you will never actually get cucked in that route
2. tell the doctors and get put on some medicine. netorare route where you get your girls stolen from you like a bottom bitch.
Amazingly good art, highly recommended game
I could spoil you, but later on you discover that his thing being too big, and the second personality, is part of something that was done on him. No more clues, keep fapping-playing.
There is some light netori and one woman whose husband asks you to fuck her while he watches and you call him "cucky" and the like. But at no point are you ever cucked in that path.
