This game doesn't belong in Taboo category either. Most versions describe "roommate" and "landlady". Not related by blood is not incest.
Currently, the 'incest Patch' simply hands out a broken .zip file. doesn't allow me to extract it.
But yeah, those are usually 'censored terms for Family members. .
You don't extract it. You just place it in the game folder where all the other .txt files are.

Tutorial to patch for android works for me.dowload patch rename it and put "x-" before the patch name otherwise it won't work.After this dowload the app "Apk Editor Pro" open the app and select the game apk edit and access the folder named x-game copy the renamed patch file and put inside this folder .Rebuild the apk with the app wait to finish after this install and voila the game is patched
You can patch any game with this method and even install mods by renamed all the files and folders with the "x-" although this takes some time.
In 0.26 visiting Erika's laboratory and calling Emma for a threesome with either Celia or Kate crash the game.
