You can patch any game with this method and even install mods by renamed all the files and folders with the "x-" although this takes some time.

access the game folder where the error occurred, for example, in mine it was in this file:
While running game code:
Ā Ā File "game / script / locations / university / university.rpy", line 36, in script
Ā Ā Ā Ā jump erikamen
ScriptError: could not find label 'erikamen'.
open the file in edit mode with Notepad ++ (if you have not downloaded it before) and go to the error line: in this case, it is 36.
then edit 'erikamen' to 'erikamenu' and save.
try again and have fun
if you change the erikamen to erikamenu, it will work
