The only MMMF scenes as far as I recall (1 with Sumire, and a few with Mirai), are all scenes, where all the males are literal shadow clones of the protagonist, or the protagonist himself.
And multiple (as in, more than what I'd like to count now, about 10 at the very least I'd say) MFF scenes.
For MFFF scene, you might be right, I'm not sure if there are any. Maybe one on the Hanabi path with the maids if Hanabi herself is present too, but that's just my best guess based on what I remember.

Are you even playing the same game mate? It's literally a harem of all the girls from the Narutoverse that I can think of. Well, almost all of them. How is building a harem for betas?
Is the Himawari patch updated? Because this version of the main game has been going around for weeks now, with no working Himawari patch version available for it.
Edit: apparently the patch "works", but in a slightly weird way.
When I loaded up a save file, I had to pick the patch related content asap for it to work, when I tried to skip it, it just wouldn't work for some reason. So be sure to have Himawari/Hako/Anko('s favorites)/Yuina available when you launch the gameafter adding this.
there the himawary patch for this version. unzip it and copy the folder named "game" than put it in the game folder next to the other folder named "game". replace the other folder when asked.
every patch has an exact specific version it works with. check the name, it will specifically say what version it is for. if you do not have the one for the latest version. then wait until it is leaked
