Just using my common sense here, before acting like a dick and leaving an aggressive comment to the person, but I'm assuming they're referring to lack of update for the android version of the game. As the apk is still at 2.16.4. But hey I suppose you feel better about aggressively putting your opinion across, so well done you.
It's been at 2.16.4 for the Android link to download for weeks. I assumed that they were going to update after couple days or update it after the bug fixes patch but no dice
